Virtual Devotions
As part of a Christian youth organisation, we like to have a devotional period on our meets. As lovers of mountains, it is natural for us to want to worship the one who we believe to have created all the beauty we see. Often, this is a short "thought for the day" and a prayer, but sometimes we do attend church services on Sunday mornings. For a weekend meet, having travelled a long way to do some mountaineering, we are tempted to spend as much time as we can on the mountains. Although, if the weather is poor, church becomes a much more attractive proposition. We always attend church in Keswick on our AGM weekend in December and we like to attend a church service on a one week meet, if a suitable church is located nearby. We also attend the Keswick Convention's celebration event every evening in the big tent when we run a Keswick ConVenture camp.
We are including some links below to allow virtual worshipping at some online services. One of the few benefits of COVID-19 is that churches have started to offer full services online, including modern worship songs (which previously they were not able to do, because of copyright issues).
We are also including some videos from the Keswick Convention. Please note that the 2020 Convention has now been cancelled and will be replaced, appropriately, by a Virtually Keswick Convention from 27-31 July 2020. We will include a link to this when it is available and also a few talks and testimonies.

We will endeavour to update the church links every week, so that the latest services are available on our site. To livestream the services (also available for one week afterwards) or to view the 11.30 am service (same sermon as the 9.30am service, but no children/youth slot), the 4.30 pm Youth Lockdown Live Services and services for other dates on catchup or for Daily Bible Thoughts, click on one of the links below:
